Paint is your power tool in your reno handbag 👌. Cheap (when you do it yourself), relatively quick and easy to change if you don't love it.

The best thing about our house is we built in 2014 and purposely selected easy to mix colours such as plain galvanised tin roof, white windows and trim in Lexicon Quarter.

This allows us to easily change out colours without clashing or having to repaint roofs or windows. (Please only ever do white or black windows frames NO CREAM ....I am very passionate about this 🙏).

So when you build or replace large features, always have a think about the future you and how tastes change. Pick easy to mix colours and your future self (and wallet) will thank you for it.

SOLD! It's bittersweet....Congrats to the family that purchased her and we hope they enjoy their new home but we are so sad to have to say goodbye to the most beautiful house we have owned. A year of hard work, months of stress and then the joy and satisfaction of the amazing finished product has ended. We are excited about our next project.... whatever that might be. Stay tuned.......
